A health and wellness event that promises a perfect blend of physical activity and nutritional enlightenment.
The day kicks off at 11:00 with a meet-up at the MyProtein kitchen, followed by a 5K run (social pace) around Manchester starting at 11:15. After completing the run at noon, we will return to the MyProtein kitchen for some post-run refreshments. We will then hear from Jade Reilly who will teach us how to fuel our bodies in the right way and how to achieve balance in our diet and lifestyle whilst building our own health-fuelled protein bowls for some post-run energy provided by the MyProtein Kitchen! You will also have a chance to write down all of your questions for Jade to answer on our interactive wall! The event concludes at 14:00, leaving you equipped with valuable insights into holistic well-being.
