About the facilitator
Claire Worthington is a web developer and digital skills tutor from Stockport.
She is the founding director of Village Web Company CIC, a social enterprise that builds websites and teaches people how to do things online. Village Web Company offers student work placements through local high schools and colleges and delivers activities that develop digital skills and confidence to those in her community.
She’s also a tutor at Manchester Metropolitan University and the University of Sheffield specialising in web development and has been working in digital since 2013.
In her spare time, Claire runs a small charity called S.P.A.C.E.(SPACE Stockport) which supports families who have children with ADHD.
